Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.


Estimated Shipping Times

Because we work with trusted global partners who share our commitment to sustainability, shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • International: 15–30 business days

Please note: These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control.


Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services depending on destination.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers require time to activate tracking numbers.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations to reduce waste and optimize delivery. You may receive more than one tracking number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Logvi is not responsible for delivery delays, but we’re always happy to assist where possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Logvi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
