Q: What kind of products do you sell?

We offer carefully curated tools that support nervous system regulation for both children and adults. Our focus is on calm, grounding, and low-stimulation supports for family homes.

Q: Are your products meant to fix behavior?

No. Our products are designed to support regulation, not control behavior. Calm happens when nervous systems feel safe.

Q: Are these products just for kids?

Many of our tools are intentionally chosen to be useful for both children and adults. Regulation is a whole-family experience.

Q: How do I know what to choose?

If you’re unsure, start with items that support grounding or rest. You’re also welcome to contact us for gentle guidance.

Orders & Payments

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 15–30 business days

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Q: Why did my items arrive separately?
To reduce waste and improve efficiency, some items may ship from different fulfillment locations. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.


 

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused and in original condition. Certain items, such as opened personal care products, are non-refundable.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
